3. SMS & Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Order-Rx related to your account and orders. These messages include order confirmations, shipping tracking numbers, and medication refill reminders.

• Fees: Order-Rx does not charge for this service, but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and order history.
• Opt-Out: You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to your device.

• Privacy: Please see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information or SMS consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Billing and Refunds

All coordination and consultation fees are charged at the time of submission. Due to federal regulations regarding prescription medications, we cannot accept returns once an order has been dispensed by the pharmacy.
