Terms of Service
Welcome to Order-Rx.com. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully as they govern your relationship with our referral and coordination services.
1. Nature of Service
Order-Rx.com is a referral platform that facilitates communication and coordination between patients, independent U.S. board-certified physicians, and licensed U.S. pharmacies. Order-Rx.com is not a pharmacy, does not sell or dispense medications directly, and does not provide medical advice.
2. Medical Consultation & Eligibility
All medical consultations are performed by independent licensed physicians. By submitting a medical questionnaire, you certify that:
- All information provided regarding your health history and current symptoms is accurate and complete.
- You are seeking medication for a legitimate health condition and not for recreational use.
- You have had a physical examination by a local physician within the last 12 months.
3. Prescription Fulfillment
Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the reviewing physician. If approved, prescriptions are sent directly to an accredited U.S. pharmacy for fulfillment. We do not facilitate orders from or shipments to international locations.
4. Payments & Refunds
Total fees include the cost of the medical review and the medication facilitation. If a physician determines that a medication is not appropriate for you and declines the prescription, your account will not be charged for the medication facilitation.
5. Shipping & State Restrictions
Delivery is coordinated via third-party carriers (USPS). While we strive for prompt delivery, we are not responsible for carrier delays. We strictly comply with state regulations regarding the shipment of regulated medications; orders originating from "No-Ship" states will be automatically cancelled.
6. Limitation of Liability
Order-Rx.com shall not be held liable for any side effects, adverse reactions, or the efficacy of medications dispensed by licensed pharmacies. Users should consult with their primary care physician before beginning any new treatment coordinated through this platform.
7. Privacy & Security
Your health information is protected using industry-standard 256-bit encryption. Use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
